- Added .NET 8 to the target frameworks list.
- Bumped dependency versions for .NET 6 and 7.
- Updated samples to multi-target .NET 6, 7, and 8, with corresponding updates to dependencies.
- Update ci.yml to use .NET 8 instead of .NET 7.
